There are few good therapeutic options for women with stress urinary incontinence and low urethral closure pressure. The author reviews periurethral injection techniques and gives detailed instructions for injection of autologous fat. Two fairly successful case histories are presented. The occasional use of periurethral injections is recommended in carefully selected patients.
