Transfusional action of a new hyperosmotic solution "sorbilact" in the therapy of late experimental hemorrhagic shock

In experiments on dogs, in whom a severe hemorrhagic shock was simulated the central cardiodynamics functions have been restored, the metabolic acidosis eliminated thrombocytic link of homeostasis normalized, the animals life span increased significantly under the influence of sorbilact intravenous infusion in the dose 10 ml/kg. Probable mechanisms of sorbilact therapeutic effect are considered.
