Of 1500 women receiving quarterly injections of 150 mg medroxyprogesterone acetate as well as oestrogen orally for 10 days/month, 81% reported no subjective change in breast size. For the remainder, those who were breast feeding before the treatment reported most decreases in breast size and those not breast feeding reported most increases in breast size.
