1. Bakterie Gram-dodatnie i Gram-ujemne izolowane z różnych materiałów klinicznych są wysoce wrażliwe na ofloksacynę. 2. Z wyjątkiem szczepów Streptococcus faecalis i Pseudomonas spp. odsetek szczepów opornych był bardzo mały. 3. Przed rozpoczęciem leczenia ofloksacyny należy za każdym razem określać wrażliwość bakterii na ten chemioterapeutyk. 4. Ofloksacyna jest chemioterapeutykiem szczególnie cennym do stosowania w lecznictwie otwartym.
