A 52-year-old man had severe chest trauma with a great hematoma of the chest wall after a car accident 3 months before presentation. Besides the residual collection from the hematoma, at the border of his left hypochondrium, the patient feels about 5 pea-sized nodules in the left breast. Mammography of the left breast is realised.
