Past experience permits the Poison Center of the Children's Hospital and Medical Center, Seattle, Washington, USA, to manage warfarin ingestion in children by observation only. When such incidents happen they urge parents and parent-surrogates just to look for any signs of bleeding or bruising and only if such occur, to contact their family doctor or clinic.
