Characteristics of the epidemiological state of tuberculosis in penal institutions

Incidence rate of tuberculosis was estimated in penalty institutions. It is stated that a decrease in tuberculosis occurrence recorded in 1991 compared to 1987 (from 643.7 to 321.7 per 100,000) changed nowadays for a new rise. The subjects over 30 are infected in 95.8%, under 30 in 68.5%. High tuberculosis morbidity is the results of poor maintenance.
