The hemopoietic growth factors (granulocyte-monocyte colony stimulating factor--GM-CSF, granulocyte colony stimulating factor--G-CSF and interleukin-3--IL-3) are described together with the review of the current application of human recombinant rhGM-CSF, G-CSF and IL-3 in clinical practice. Future perspectives of the usage of these factors are summarized as well.
