Our objective was to explore the degree of cultural consensus on human sexuality in alumnae and teachers of a graduate course on "Human Sexuality and Society" at the University of Guadalajara. The study is cualitive, transversal and exploratory. The instrument was a questionnaire list that explored the "elements that are considered the most important in human sexuality". Universe: alumnae and teachers from the first generation of the graduate course. The analysis of information was undertaken with Anthropac. The most outstanding results found were a degree of cultural consensus in the alumnae group < 3, which indicate that heterogenesis exists in the elements of human sexuality. This heterogenesis could be explained due to the fact that the contents of the course does not observe a total monogenesis, and because learning is a more active than passive process. As we expected, there was no consensus among teachers in the course.
