Highly metastasizing subline of human melanoma Bro xenotransplant was studied. Data obtained by flow fluorimetry and staining by tumor-specific monoclonal antibodies demonstrated the presence of free melanoma cells in peripheral blood of mice. It is shown that the greatest number of tumor cells was found in beige/nude mice with combined immunodeficiencies.
