A 34-yr-old alcoholic suffered from the drop attack of an atonic type generalized seizure in the course of medical treatment of alcoholism. He had no disposition of epilepsy in his history. Considering the possibility of a drug induced symptom, the patient's medication was examined. After careful investigation, Disulfiram was suspected. Chronological change of clinical manifestation and EEG finding corresponded to the duration and dosage of Disulfiram medication. This symptom might have been induced by Disulfiram. Such a side effect of Disulfiram could not be found in the literature.
