When a drug is simultaneously given extravascularly and intravenously, the plasma concentration reaches a maximum at a time T-max. The purpose of this paper is to get the amount of the drug remaining in the body at this time T-max. Furthermore, mean residence time of the drug and the area under concentration curve are given.
