Concentration of lipids and lipoproteins was estimated in the serum of 26 women after surgical menopause. Different range of changes in concentration of lipoproteins was noticed. First, decreasing levels of concentration of lipo- and lipoprotein fractions was confirmed, and then, their increasing levels in the end of the research period.
