Administration of Itinerant Population Family Planning Procedures, 1988

These Procedures, announced on October 12, 1988, provide that family planning (FP) for and issuance of single child certificates to the itinerant population in Shaanxi, China, shall be dealt with by FP departments in the locality of the wife's registered place of residence. They also require itinerant industrial and commercial sole proprietors to show their FP Certificates when they apply for licenses.
