We report the first case of Dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa with toe nail deformities in a Nigerian child in Benin City. The patient had characteristic dermolytic bullae on the skin and upper gastrointestinal tract mucosa with conjunctivities, dystrophic lesions of the toe nails and dysplastic teeth.
