These Rules contain provisions on the following matters relating to family courts in Kerala State, India: 1) institution of proceedings and service, 2) proceedings in court; 3) counseling procedures; 4) the hearing of petitioners in court; 5) interim applications; and 6) guardianship. Appended to the end of the Rules are various forms to be used in the family courts.
