Congenital dermoid in the rhinopharynx

An unusual case of congenital dermoid cyst in the rhinopharynx is described. The patient presented considerable respiratory and feeding difficulties after delivery. The importance of meticulous ear, nose and throat investigation in neonates with these symptoms is emphasized.
