This article is concerned with 3 cases of the morbid association of autonomie adenoma and vesiculo-papillary carcinoma of the thyroïd. Based upon literature data the authors are discussing, clinic, paraclinic, histopathologic, physiopathologic and therapeutic problems of this association.
