The article describes a new approach to solving the problem of raising the effectiveness of specialists' labour primarily through the new organization of work and strengthening the stimulating role of individual and team performance-related pay in order to improve the quality of curative work and to achieve stable results of treatment both for the nearest and more distant future. For this purpose the author reveals the essence and operational mechanism of the new form of organization and stimulation of stomatologists' labour, makes recommendations on conduction of preparatory activities and establishment of adequate conditions for successful and effective performance.
