The possibility of using magnet-controlled microcapsules was studied in an experiment with rats. The efficacy of their use in the therapy for experimental tumors was evaluated. The experimental data indicate that the use of magnet-controlled microcapsules in the therapy of solid tumors may significantly increase the efficacy of antitumor drugs. The combined use of microcapsules containing antitumor drugs with thermomagnetic hyperthermia at 40.5.degree.C makes it possible to increase the sensitivity of tumor cells to antitumor drugs strictly locally.
