The stabilization of influenza C virus suspensions was studied in various concentrations of human serum albumin in a medium. The virus suspension was obtained by adsorption chromatography and stabilized in human serum albumin solutions (0, 1, 2, 3, and 5 mg/ml). Changes in pH, the aggregation and disaggregation process of virus particles, and the optic spectra of the suspensions were recorded. It was found that human serum albumin to an initially aggregated suspension results in particle disaggregation followed by partial particle aggregation. Adding human serum albumin increased the suspension's resistance to changes in pH and to heating.
