We report two cases of patients from Costa Chica of Guerrero state, Mexico, with cardiologic problems compatible with Chagas disease. The serologic studies were positive for Indirect Haemagglutination and Immunofluorescence tests. The infection was confirmed with xenodiagnostic using Triatoma mazzotti nymphs.
