Methods to minimize the adverse effects of amphotericin B therapy are outlined and dosing regimens for the treatment of mycoses, due to Histoplasma capsulatum, Blastomyces dermatitidis, Coccidioides immitis, Sporothrix schenckii, Cryptococcus neoformans, Candida, Aspergillus and agents of phycomycosis, are given. Treatment of AIDS patients is also considered.
