The document reports on the expenditures, staff levels and accomplishments of the Colorado State University team on the Lesotho Agricultural Sector Analysis (LASA) project from 1 October 1977 to 30 September 1978. The main objective of the project is to develop the capacity of the Government of Lesotho to design, implement and utilize agricultural sector analysis in their development planning efforts. The report covers administrative matters, activities during Phase II and activities in Phase III, LASA-related activities, and USAID's interim project review and follow up actions. There are appendices giving the USAID evaluation report (July 1978), and various progress and trip reports.
