Percutaneous nephrostolithotomy is a well known and accepted procedure for the management of renal stones and particularly for debulking of staghorn calculi. Herein we present the case of a patient in renal failure due to bilateral staghorn calculi who was rescued from dialysis after bilateral percutaneous nephrostolithotomies.
