The authors describe a personal otoplasty technique based on several well known methods. This simple technique is performed as an outpatient procedure without chondrotomy, allowing controlled adjustment of the correction regardless of the type of deformity and ensures reliable long-term results. After describing the various steps of the operation, the authors present the rare complications which may occur.
