Complex intensive therapy involving daily procedures of hyperbari oxygenation combined with antioxidants in patients admitted to the hospital in condition of ketoacidotic coma allows of prompt elimination of hypoxia, acidosis, hyperglycemia, and makes it possible to enhance resistance of cellular membranes and normalize free-radical parameters of lipid peroxidation.
