An analysis of personality and sociopsychological factors in 102 male chronic alcoholism revealed that persons with hysteroid features show a more early alcohol addiction, more rapid formation of symptoms of chronic alcoholism with frequent recurrences and short remissions indicating a more malignant course of the disease.
