Intraparotid nodular fasciitis

We describe two cases of nodular fasciitis arising within the parotid glands of two patients, a 42-year-old man and a 21/2-year-old boy. The clinicopathologic, immunohistochemical, and ultrastructural features of this lesions and its differential diagnosis are discussed.
