The method of surgical-prosthetic synchronization therapy of a pulp devitalized tooth has been used in our clinic for 12 years. We refer to a periapical complication rate below 5% achieved by a retrospective investigation. The advantages of root stump construction and root crown stabilizer are shown, and the results are compared with the results of pivot stump construction.
