Pseudosarcoma of the hypopharynx

One case of Pseudosarcoma of the hypopharynx with neck metastasis is reported. The malignancy in this site is a rarity, according to the bibliographic survey done by the AA. Comments about the origin of the sarcomatoid component as well as the suggestions are made in order to explain the characteristics of these tumors.
