The authors give an account of the occurrence of neurofibroma in a 2.5 year old girl with the well-known diagnosis of neurofibromatosis Recklinghausen. At the time of the operation it was the only tumorous form characterising the basic disease. After 4.5 year of controlling the tumor was extirpated. The histological examinations confirmed the myxoidly changed multiform neurofibroma.
