Multiple cysts of larynx are very rare. Till 1985, only 11 such cases have been described. We report two cases of multiple cystic lesions in pyriform sinus and supraglottis. Both patients presented clinically with symptoms of laryngeal growth. A brief review of literature on laryngeal cyst is presented and its association with malignancy is discussed.
