Use of sydnopharm and silabolin in patients with chronic cor pulmonale

The effect of sydnopharm and silabolin on the clinical condition, hemodynamics and protein-amino acid metabolism was studied in 48 patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis, chronic cor pulmonate and pulmonary-cardiac insufficiency (grade II-III). It was established that inclusion of these agents in the complex treatment of the mentioned diseases increased the clinical efficacy, improved the hemodynamics and metabolic disorders.
