The occupation of the chronically ill and disabled is a decisive premise for their integration in society. The factory management and the occupational health physicians have to fulfill special tasks in preparing and carrying out this work. Patients with diseases of the cardiovascular and musculoskeletal systems as well as young people graduating from school and suffering from diseases restricting their professional fitness become more and more important for the work rehabilitation commission.
