The effectiveness of domperidone treatment has been examined in 61 patients suffering from dyspepsia and in 31 patients suffering from nausea-vomiting by measuring the intensity of symptoms according to the principle of a visual analogous symptomatic scale. Motilium favorurable influenced the prandial and postprandial compliants of the patients referring to dyspepsia as well as nausea and vomiting of different etiology. Therefore through its manifold action of the compound could substitute several palliative drugs.
