Adhesive properties of 140 cultures of Vibrio cholerae of not-01-group isolated from patients and healthy people as well as from open water bodies are studied in vitro. It is established that highly adhesive, adhesive and low-adhesive strains are isolated from people and environment. The most adhesive cultures are revealed among vibrions of serogroups 02,04, 05, 06, 08, 011, 016, 018, 025, 030, 035, 038, 043, 050, 051, 056. Highly adhesive cultures referred to 1st, 2nd, 4th, 7th phage types and were virulent (when determined by the complex method).
