The construction of an anterior guide is often necessary in order to correct occlusal disorders. A method using cast and subsequently cemented metal guide planes was presented. It can supplement treatment with an occlusion splint in the diagnostic or initial therapeutic phase. In addition, the cast metal can be used for the definitive construction of an anterior guide.
