The author analyzes the percentage of deceased, age distribution, participation of risk factors, mean number of days at the hospital of the deceased, some clinical symptoms of the disease, complications, anatomic localization of the disease, ECG changes, anatomically established aneurysms and rupture, as well as the non-coincidence of clinical and anatomical diagnosis in both forms of the disease. The most important discrepancies in the indices discussed are underlined.
