The corporate response to AIDS by several California-based corporations is the development of an education project based on the assumption that information is the best defense against AIDS. The program, "AIDS in the Workplace," was born out of the growing numbers of striken employees in the San Francisco area. Evolution and implementation of the project are described, from the task force phase to the actual symposium. Assistance of AIDS victims was instrumental in successfully developing the project from which literature/videos evolved. Included is a sample policy.(jd-b)
