Too often medical group practices are quick to embark on a new project before checking the legal considerations. In light of the myriad of rules and regulations imposed upon the healthcare profession, seeking the input of skilled professionals is often well advised. The author presents practical guidelines for the selection and use of an attorney in the medical group practice.
