Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia (Kimura disease) is characterized by the development of tumor-like nodes on the skin and underlying adipose tissue. Microscopically, vascular proliferation with inflammatory infiltration composed of lymphocytes and eosinophils, and formation of structures of lymphoid follicles type are observed. A female patient aged 23 with typical clinical and morphological manifestations of angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia is described. Based on analysis of the literature data and the authors' own observations it is suggested that angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia and Kimura disease are variants of the course of a single nosologic entity.
