Leiomyoma of the lung is a rare disease, that is reported only 104 cases in the world literature. A 38-year-old woman had left pneumonectomy, and another 22-year-old woman had right lower lobectomy for obstructing bronchial tumor. Histopathologically, the tumors were leiomyoma originating from the bronchial wall. The relationship between this rare disease and metastasizing fibroleiomyoma of the uterus are also discussed.
