Based on the analytic examination of the scientific discipline, the practice of teaching and the professional field of action, a method had been elaborated for the field of the prosthetic stomatology optimizing the arrangement of teaching. The knowledge gained from the examinations resulted in a modification of the selection and arrangement of the contents of teaching as well as in an alteration of the time relations of lectures and courses, which enabled an optimization of the teaching processes.
