Multicentric occurrence of liposarcoma is very rare. In this report we describe 1 patient of liposarcoma simultaneously originated from mediastinum, retroperitoneal space and gastric subserosa who underwent total excision. These tumors were pathohistologically classified as well differentiated type. Previous reports of this rare condition are reviewed and discussed.
