This article describes a conception for the extended stomatologic service to consult patients at home. Groups having special problems such as very old people, citizens handicapped in mobility or confined to bed as well as cerebrally handicapped patients are looked after in this way. A dentist and a dental nurse are named to be responsible for this service. This is the main supposition to realize provident care. Under the frequently extreme working conditions a well sorted instrument package in sterile PETP-foil proves its worth.
