Two cases of supratentorial haemangioblastoma are described. One case concerns multiple lesions in a patient affected by Lindau's disease and the other case presented with intraparenchymatous hemorrhage. After a review of all the cases reported in the literature, a new classification based on clinical data and tumor location is proposed.
