A diffusion chamber for growing microorganisms in vivo

In view to improve the diffusion methods for cultivation of microorganisms a new diffusion chamber is developed and tested experimentally. The chamber as to its design is a solid unit of agar gel of a circular, rectangular or other shape of preset sizes whose bulk includes a smaller unit of agar gel with the microorganisms immobilized in it. The above chamber differs from the known ones in its transparency, biological inertness, isoosmoticity to organs and tissues of the organism, safe leak-proofness as well as in the simplicity of manufacture and sterilization.
