Specific features of the clinical and histological picture in affection of oral mucosa and gums in Crohn's disease are described. The symptoms revealed can be used in the diagnosis of this disease even in the absence of manifestations on the part of the gastrointestinal tract. Most effective methods for treating this pathology are presented.
