Indirect colposcopy and laser vaporization in the management of vaginal condylomata

A dental mirror is used to aid colposcopic evaluation of the vagina, and a laser beam is reflected off a highly polished stainless steel mirror for treatment of vaginal lesions. This indirect technique is rapid and provides a precise method for diagnosis of and therapy for condylomata.
